Began training when I was almost 20 years old. I began wrestling training 6 months after starting training, I'd always loved wrestling and I got the opportunity to train to be a wrestler, so the two went hand in hand.
I didn't have a clue what I was doing for the first 18 months in the gym! I followed a training plan off of Bodybuilding.com and I responded very quickly, which became addictive! I did my first bodybuilding competition in 2011, having just turned 24.

In the gym, I prefer a lower volume approach, I stick to 12 set workouts (3 exercises, 4 sets per exercise or 4 exercises, 3 sets per exercise) per bodypart and train 5-6 days a week.
Competition diet wise, I don't think there hasn't been a diet I haven't tried! In my recent years I've found a zero carb, moderate fat and sky high protein approach suited me best.
I started using SupportMax when it first came out in 2016 and have been a customer ever since and become a Strom athlete in 2020.
