I'm an amateur Men's Physique competitor and online coach.  I took part in my first competition in 2010 and am now working towards my IFBB and PCA Pro card, with the support of my Wife who always has my back.  I pride myself on condition and my core, always pushing for progression show to show.

I studied to be a personal trainer when I was 21 (I'm 36 now) as the gym gave me an escape and purpose, but my knowledge has grown over time through further study and learning from a handful of my peers.

I'm fortunate and grateful to be part of the Strom family, surrounded by a highly educated and passionate team.  This is reflected in the quality of the products being the highest in the industry.
