I am Christian Chapman. Full time online coach and have been for 5 years now. Consistently looking after 100+ clients, anything from IFBB professionals, to general population clients. This year is my busiest year as a business and for contest prep clients. I am also one of the founders of Physique Collective. An app based forum designed to simplify physique development. We have over 200 educational videos now live on the app, plus a very busy forum.

I am a “bodybuilder” myself and last year was my first competitive season with 2 shows back to back. My plan now is to grow until late 2023 and potentially compete again.
