THROUGH TRAINING AMINO ACID SUPPLY
EssentialMAX is a full-spectrum essential amino acid (EAA) supplement designed for intra-workout or between-meal amino acid delivery. Unlike BCAA-only products, EssentialMAX delivers 8 of the 9 essential amino acids your body cannot synthesize. The amino acid it does not include is tryptophan, which many find has a relaxing effect that is counterproductive to training performance, and readily abundant in diet. Also including Senactiv® for enhanced glycogen utilisation fueling training, electrolytes, and beetroot extract for nitrates. This meaning it is still a complete, and more strategic solution for muscle protein synthesis (MPS), recovery, and sustained amino acid availability throughout your training.

Each tub of EssentialMAX includes 30 servings. Each serve includes:
- Leucine (3000mg)
- Isoleucine (2500mg)
- Valine (2500mg)
- Beta Vulgaris (1000mg)
- L-Phenylalanine (500mg)
- L-Lysine (500mg)
- L-Histidine (500mg)
- L-Methionine (500mg)

- Senactiv® (50mg)
Senactiv®
Senactiv® (50mg) is a patented extract of ginsenoside Rg1 from Panax notoginseng with Rosa roxburghii, at the same clinically studied dose used in CreaMAX.

- Glycogen resynthesis. Glycogen is your fuel above moderate intensity, and depletion is what ends the session. Senactiv accelerates the rate at which muscle refills it after work, so the next hard set and the next session start from a fuller tank. Senactiv speeds the refill; carbohydrate supplies it.
- Mitochondrial throughput. Senactiv raises citrate synthase activity by up to 47% three hours after exercise. Citrate synthase is the pace-setting enzyme at the entry to the Krebs cycle, where your mitochondria make most of your ATP. More flux there means more ATP during recovery, not only during training.
- Cellular clearance. Rg1 supports macrophage function during exercise. In human trial, more than 63% of pre-existing markers of deteriorating cells were cleared with Rg1 against negligible change on placebo. This pairs directly with the EAA load: clear damaged tissue AND supply the blocks to rebuild it.
Beta Vulgaris aka Beetroot
Beta Vulgaris (1000mg) is beetroot extract, a naturally concentrated nitrate source.
Your body makes nitric oxide two ways.
Beta Vulgaris (1000mg) is beetroot extract, a naturally concentrated nitrate source.
Your body makes nitric oxide two ways.
- The main route runs arginine through nitric oxide synthase, and that enzyme needs oxygen. Push into a hard set and your muscle burns oxygen faster than blood delivers it. Acidity climbs, and the enzyme stalls. Exactly when you want blood flow most, the primary pathway becomes non-functional.
- The nitrate route runs the other direction: nitrate to nitrite to nitric oxide, no oxygen required. It speeds up as oxygen falls and acidity rises. This is the pathway built for the end of the set, not the start of it.
Electrolytes
Sodium & Potassium Chloride maintain osmotic balance and hydration status. Valuable when training in heat or for extended durations, and general replenishment for sweat losses.

When and How to Use
Intra-workout: Sip one serving during training, especially on high-volume days. The complete EAA profile supports MPS while you're training, and the nitrates enhance pump and vascular function.

Stacking:
- Combine EssentialMAX with CarbMAX intra-workout for a complete training nutrition platform.
- Post-workout, follow with HydraMAX for electrolyte top-up and extended hydration.
F.A.Q.
Q: Why not just drink whey protein instead of EssentialMAX?
Speed is the argument, and we will not stretch it further than it goes. Whey also delivers the dispensable amino acids, and adequate dispensables alongside the indispensables improve how efficiently your body uses both. Isolated amino acids do not reproduce that. Whey is the better post-workout choice. EssentialMAX is the better intra-workout one, when you want amino acids in the blood during the session rather than an hour after it.
Q: Is the BCAA ratio really that important?
Not in the way 2:1:1 marketing suggests. Absolute leucine dose drives the response. Clear roughly 2.5g in a feeding and the mTOR switch flips, and EssentialMAX delivers 3000mg.
Q: Can I use this daily, or just on training days?
The amino acids are a training-day tool. On rest days, whole-food protein and normal meals suffice.
Q: Does EssentialMAX replace a pre-workout stimulant?
No. EssentialMAX is amino acid and performance support; it doesn't contain caffeine or stimulants. Stack it with a pre-workout if you need energy and focus, or use it standalone on stimulant-free days.
