I am 24 an amateur bodybuilder within the Wellness division and competed for the first time back in March 2022 

I found my love for bodybuilding on a whim. It was never planned however a coach I had at the time talked me into getting on stage and I haven’t looked back since! 

My passion is training and lifting heavy and developing my physique in order to go as far as I can within the sport. 

I am a Director of my own company and work online on social media platforms including instagram and YouTube, documenting my fitness and bodybuilding journey 

My main immediate goal I have for the next few years is to return to stage in 2025 and work to earn a Pro Card and compete as a professional in the years to come 

I am extremely grateful to have been welcomed into the Strom Team and be a part of the community. It was the first brand I used at the start of my Bodybuilding journey back in 2021 and have never looked back. I cannot recommend their products enough and they offer something for everyone. 

It truly is a big family and I am very lucky to be a part of it and have so much support from the team throughout my bodybuilding and personal life
