I wouldn’t call myself your ‘typical’ bodybuilder/competitor. I still take my gran to Gregg’s every Wednesday, and my big thing is integrating my competitor lifestyle into my day to day life.

I came into the industry with very little confidence, very little self belief and a massive fear of being on stage. I always like to tell people I didn’t place for the first 5 years… but it didn’t matter to me! As every show I felt (and still feel like) it was another confidence booster and getting closer to overcoming all my past insecurities! I’m now writing this with 6 PRO cards under my belt, which I would have never dreamed of back in the day. 

I’m beyond grateful to be part of Team Strom. We are all so blessed to have someone who goes into the level of attention and detail like Ric does. I met him when he first started Strom, and when I first came into industry. So it’s been amazing to see the brand continue to transform into what it is today.
