Roughly 8 years ago, I began writing articles about all things body composition and physique development as a means to help me retain the information I was learning in my own quest to understand physique development.
At the time, my wife recommended that I start to post these online as they could be helpful, so I started to post them on a collection of bodybuilding forums that I frequented at the time. Off of the back of this, I began getting enquires to help others in their physique goals, primarily with respect to PED protocols, and this developed over the next year into online coaching full time.
Fast forward to now, I coach a team of competitors, and we have a stable of coaches at Physique Collective to suit any clients needs.

We have also built a thriving community on the Physique Collective app, where all of our educational content is posted, and our forums are there to answer any questions you can imagine pertaining to physique development. Our primary aim is to provide the platform we all wished that we had access to when we first began attempting to understand the intricacies of bodybuilding programming.
It’s been fascinating to watch online coaching develop into what it is today, and I’m extremely grateful for my experience gathered through watching this industry move from its infancy into a thriving and popular profession, and to now be in the position that I am today. To be able to earn a living doing what I love, with great clients, and (of course), the best supplement sponsor in the game.
