I’ve been fortunate enough to be a Strom athlete since 2018.
I’m a competitive bodybuilder and online coach who loves Harry Potter.
As a bodybuilder I have competed in 24 shows starting back in 2010.
My competition highlights are winning the NABBA Mr Britain in 2015, NABBA Mr Universe in 2017, and the NABBA Pro Mr Universe in 2019.
I have been a full time online coach since 2019 after transitioning from personal training.
Being able to create a job out of my passion is amazing and helping a range of clients from competitive bodybuilders to general fat loss and health focussed client is an extremely rewarding job.
Before bodybuilding I was a competitive swimmer at Loughborough university reaching Olympic and Commonwealth trials. Swimming instilled the work ethic that carries my through to this day.
Outside of bodybuilding I am a huge Harry Potter fan, enjoy nature, and spending time with my girlfriend and dogs.
