I am an online coach who specialises in helping people with chronic illnesses, as well as an amateur bodybuilder.
I fell ill myself with multiple chronic illness (including POTS, chronic fatigue, EDS and MCAS) at the age of 13 when I was aiming for the England hockey team.
I was forced to stop hockey due to being barely able to walk around the house. I have always been stubborn and determined so slowly fought to build up my tolerance to walking, then running and eventually started back in the gym.
From here, training became an integral part of my life - something which I relied on both for my mental and physical health. It massively helped me manage my symptoms and regain my quality of life back.
I continued to fall in love with it more and more and did multiple qualifications around fitness, nutrition and health.

I’ve always been competitive and liked to prove to myself what is possible and fell into bodybuilding in 2018. Which has since been a huge passion for me due to the discipline and mindset required. I love pushing the limits.
My other big passion is my business, helping others with POTS and related conditions build back their strength through lifestyle factors, being recommended to patients by some of the top UK consultant cardiologists.
To now be working with Strom is a dream come true, having used and recommended their supplements for years. I actually think my body would fall apart without them lol.
