I’m an amateur bodybuilder and specialist trainer/ coach. I specialise in muscle gain and physique development. 

I have 3 amazing daughters and an incredible girlfriend who help and support me in everything I do.

I fell in love with bodybuilding when I lived in California and trained at Golds Venice everyday back when I was 19/20 years old. Since then I’ve been obsessed with my own physique development and after winning a couple shows in 2023 I’ve now set my sights on an IFBB pro card hopefully in the near future.

I used all the strom products before I even knew who Rick or the brand were so when they offered me an athlete partnership it was a no brainer for me. Endorsing products and a brand I am fully behind and believe in fits right in with my no BS mentality and black and white approach to life.
